Thru Deck (bulkhead) fittings used throughout the marine industry to transfer high pressure hydraulic oil, water, or air from one compartment to another. These fittings are manufactured using the best commercially available stainless steel type 316-L. They receive a fine tig weld on one side and are passivated to bring the finished product back up to its maximum corrosion resistance. Shipyards and boat builders around the world use these now, but we are the first company producing these in quantity which allows us to offer a finished product at a fraction of the cost of a shop only building a couple at a time. Standard sizes range from 1/4" to 2" and come in single, double and triple configurations. Custom configurations are no problem. Weld in couplings are rated at 3000 P.S. I. Standard couplings are female NPT threads on both ends. We will also offer couplings in JIC Male to Male. NPT threads have been around forever, but everyone prefers the JIC X-Long male to male. Weld Couplings are also sold individually so customers can do their own welding.
